Friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, great location.

This guesthouse is perfectly located right in the center of the charming Galle Fort. It offers a tranquil courtyard for a relaxing stay and the rooms are beautifully designed with minimal decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast served on the balcony, although it is an additional expense. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big bed, mosquito net, and a spacious bathroom that allows for a shower without wetting the toilet seat or paper.

Compared to the other places we stayed, the price may be slightly overpriced.

We had the most amazing time during our Christmas getaway. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a stunning balcony overlooking the bustling streets. The breakfast spread was simply divine, with fresh juices, fruits, and a variety of hot options like eggs and local favorites. The staff went above and beyond to help plan our day and arrange memorable excursions. Plus, the hotel's key location made it easy to explore all the main attractions within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Worst Aspects. While our stay was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues.

Great location and beautifully decorated room. the shower was hot and the bed was comfy. It was quiet at night, so we slept well.

The Wi-Fi only worked intermittently. the payment method was unclear, and we were surprised by additional fees for breakfast and credit card usage.

our weekend trip to galle exceeded expectations. parawa house impressed with its cozy atmosphere, kind staff, and convenient location near attractions, food, and shopping. highly recommend for a stay inside the fort.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, situated on a quiet street close to the sea, inside the fort area. It made it incredibly easy to access all the sights and attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, providing friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms, with their balconies, were a charming touch. Lastly, the breakfast served on the balcony was a great way to start each day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.
