The staff at Rockwell were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even packed us a delicious breakfast to-go when we had to leave early. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a less busy suburb of the city, this hotel allows easy access to the main attractions. Within a short tuktuk ride, guests can reach the city center and explore its vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and cozy, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is professional and helpful, providing genuine advice and ensuring a pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast is nice and adequate, with options like made-to-order eggs and fresh fruits. Additionally, some rooms offer scenic views from the balcony and have soft cotton sheets for a cozy sleep.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned occasional disturbance from noises outside the room.

The room was very tidy and well-kept with good quality linen, pillows, and mattress. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the personalised cooked breakfast was a highlight of the stay, very well-prepared and tasty. the location was in a nice neighbourhood and, although it was a bit out of the way, it was still easy to reach key areas by Tuk Tuk.

The main negative aspect was the lack of attention to detail and some services. the fridge was smelly and there was no cleaning or water refill during the stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a bustling area. The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the main Unawatuna area. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The staff was extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service from the moment I arrived until my final checkout. They even arranged an airport transfer for me. The room was tastefully decorated with modern amenities, such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Conveniently located between Unawatuna beach and Galle Fort. Impressive in-house restaurant with delicious Sri Lankan curries. Rooms are clean and spacious with a beach view and jacuzzi. The staff provides exceptional customer service.

We just loved our stay at The Rockwell. The rooms were huge, definitely underpriced. The personal at the hotel were very professional, organized, and sweet. Special regards to Anura, the receptionist, who organized a personal driver, made our travel itinerary, and always made us smile with his positive energy. Great value for money, with a new-like washroom and shower, complimentary tea and water. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Within walking distance to great restaurants and major tourist attractions.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
