The rooftop pool at Royal Castle was a fantastic place to relax and unwind. I loved soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the small window and occasional lack of room service, I had a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for an economical yet enjoyable holiday experience.

The Royal Castle Hotel in Negombo exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were excellent, with amazing lighting. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The rooftop pool and sunbathing terrace were a great bonus. The location, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants, was ideal. The breakfast options were plentiful and included lots of fruit. a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing Xmas holiday at a budget-friendly hotel. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were great for soaking up the sun and entertainment. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings which had a range of fresh fruits and tasty options. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars.

Although the overall experience was great, we found the lighting in our room to be quite dim and could have been brighter. some of the tiles around the pool area could have been replaced as they were broken in a few spots.
