Lovely clean place with good garden and pool. Rough sea, couldn't swim. Well-cleaned beach and garden. Tasty seafood platter. Helped book clean, safe minivan to airport. Excellent driver during Sri Lanka visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the beach, with a nice balcony sit out offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms were excellent, surpassing other 3-star hotels I've stayed at in terms of comfort and amenities. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, ensuring a homely touch to the experience. The breakfast provided had a large selection and was very enjoyable.

This boutique hotel was a paradise by the beach! What I enjoyed the most was the stunning garden area and pool. the pool water wasn't always clean due to the shortage of fresh water, but the staff tried their best to keep it well-maintained by cleaning and adding chemicals. the hotel's key location was perfect for long walks on the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed delicious seafood platters during our dinners at the hotel.

That the sea was rough during our visit, and we couldn't swim properly. due to the pool cleaning process, we couldn't use the pool at certain times.

From the moment we arrived at Sea Rock Villa, we were greeted with smiles and warm hospitality. the staff, especially Mrs Jaika and Miss Darshika, made us feel welcome and offered us a refreshing melon welcome drink. Our check-in was efficient and friendly, and we appreciated the option to pay in advance. the room was beautifully appointed with a private balcony overlooking the well maintained pool, gardens, and beach. the housekeeping team, led by Mr Kumudu, Mr Maneesha, and Mr Umesh, took great care of us and ensured everything was impeccably maintained. the food at the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide menu selection that we unfortunately couldn't try everything in our short stay. Special thanks to the Head chef - Mr Ajith, Demi chef - Mr Gunasekara, and Commi II - Mr Chaminda for the delicious meals. the attentive staff, including Mr Sunil, Harshaka, and Janaka, went above and beyond to meet our every need and made us feel truly spoiled. Sea Rock Villa may be rated as a 3-star property, but we experienced a 5-star service throughout our stay. Hats off to Mr Ravi and his outstanding team.

We had the most fantastic stay at a hotel in Bentota. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the main town. The hotel itself was excellent, with beautifully decorated rooms that exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel grounds were lovely, with lush green grass, a refreshing swimming pool, and comfortable sun loungers and hammocks. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, with a great selection of local dishes at very reasonable prices. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning beach just steps away from the hotel, where we were able to swim and admire the breathtaking sunset. We only wish we could have stayed for longer. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay.
