I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic district. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and being so close to two major bus stops. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were so accommodating and helpful, always catering to my needs. The service was outstanding, and they even organized a lunch box for me when they found out I had an early train and would miss breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the gummy bear on my pillow at night. The spa was also a wonderful bonus, and I had a relaxing time in the sauna and sun terrace.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the perfect service at this hotel. The white tablecloth at breakfast made us feel like royalty. The cute room had a mini-bar that was refilled daily. The hotel also provided a card for free transportation around the area, including up to Piz Nair. The staff was friendly and dressed impeccably. Being located in the heart of St. Moritz, right at the bus stop, was very convenient. The hotel even offered pick-up and transfer services to the train station. The fitness center and sauna were a great bonus.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right near the ski lift and close to plenty of restaurants. It was so convenient to be able to walk just a minute to the lift and start skiing right away. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful, especially Manuela who went out of her way to assist us during our stay.
