We had a fantastic stay at a family-owned hotel run for decades. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently redone. The hotel had a beautiful view and was conveniently located near the train station at the end of the village. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the magnificent Eiger. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, providing an amazing meal and exceptional service. The location was perfect, with easy access to trains and cable cars. The town of Murren had a charming and authentic feel. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed two delicious dinners at the hotel restaurant. The spa zone, including the indoor pool, was a relaxing treat. we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar area was a great place to unwind. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I had the most amazing view from my balcony, it was truly breathtaking. The location of the hotel, right opposite the train station, was so convenient for exploring the area. The suite I stayed in was spacious and the two bathrooms were a great bonus. The staff at the hotel were incredibly thoughtful and always went out of their way to help me with any request I had. I also loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly, making it a perfect option for pet owners like myself. The room service was excellent and the breakfast, although not outstanding, was still decent. I especially enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs that were always done to perfection. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing views, excellent location, and wonderful staff.

While the breakfast was okay, it wasn't anything special. The scrambled eggs were often overcooked and rubbery, but when I requested fried eggs they were great.

We had an amazing stay here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the train station - just across the road. The staff was really attentive and made us feel welcome from the start. The spa area was lovely and modern with lots of amenities. Although it was a bit crowded, we still managed to enjoy the sauna and pool. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety of food.

We honestly couldn't find any negative aspects. We highly recommend this place to families and anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The views from the hotel were absolutely incredible. We had a balcony overlooking the majestic peaks of the Bernese Alps, which made for the perfect Easter getaway. the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the hotel offered excellent food options, both at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. We also made use of the great pool area, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking in the stunning surroundings.

There was some construction work happening opposite the hotel during our stay. This caused some noise disturbance, starting as early as 6.45am.

Our room at the Eiger had a balcony directly facing the breathtaking Eiger mountain. The staff provided exceptional hiking itineraries and maps, making our outdoor adventures even more enjoyable. The spa, including the sauna, was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location, right across from the train station, made it convenient for transportation. I highly recommend this Swiss Quality hotel for its stunning views, attentive staff, and ideal location.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They even provided me with a timetable for the cable car to Schiton, saving me a lot of money. The rooms were wonderful, with luxurious L'occitane toiletries, and the spa zone was clean and relaxing. The breakfast buffet, with its stunning views, was a highlight, especially the delightful Bircher muesli and excellent coffee. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift when checking out. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great amenities, and superb service.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to make our Christmas stay special. the complimentary breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the hotel had a warm and relaxing pool that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

One downside was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days. Another thing to note is that the hotel is located outside of the main village area, requiring a 30-minute train and cable car commute.
