Not only did they upgrade us at no extra charge, but the room also had stunning views of the canal and the city/mountains. the room itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a spacious bathroom filled with lovely-smelling products. We especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the river. the staff made our check-in and check-out process easy, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge and library. We highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic weekend stay.

They even booked a trip for us on the same day we arrived! one of the best price options for a downtown hotel.

The Pros of my stay at this hotel were numerous, but one standout feature was the stylish restaurant on the first floor. The high-quality and innovative cuisine with a down-to-earth twist was truly a gastronomic delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. It felt like dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is housed in a cozy and atmospheric old building, adding to its charm. The staff were very helpful and arranged airport transfer for us. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. They were always eager to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was located on a busy street, which resulted in some noise during the day. Although it was not as noisy as expected, it would have been nicer if the location was a little quieter for a more peaceful stay.
