The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station. The room was extremely comfortable and I slept better here than anywhere else on my trip. The breakfast was delicious and I loved having the option for a late check-in. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful and accommodating hostess at breakfast. Convenient location right at the bus stop. 20-25 minute walk to the train station at a fast pace. Bus from the rail station cost around 3 Franks. Awesome Information Center. Consider staying in Bern or Murren and taking day trips to other places

The hotel was affordably priced and the rooms were spacious. The presence of free parking and a bus/tram stop right outside the hotel made it convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel could have provided more toiletries to make the stay more comfortable. The basic towel, hair dryer, and shampoo/soap were not quite enough.

The location of the hotel was a non-issue as buses run frequently, providing quick access to the old town. the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, offering complimentary coffees and croissants upon departure. the breakfast area was cute and the hotel was clean and tidy. the large terrace off our room would have been enjoyable with good weather. the bus stop right outside the hotel was convenient for transportation.

the buses running every few minutes made it easy to reach the old town.

Amazing hotel for a short stay! We couldn't find a hotel in Luzern for ages as it felt they are either overpriced or super far away, and then Hotel Spatz happened to be the best option ever: great facilities, amazing location will take you to the very city center + they give you free bus tickets). Also, staff was very helpful and nice and gave us a bottle of champaign for our little special occasion. The room is not huge but enough for a short stay of two. Breakfasts were also great however no hot meals

I had a wonderful stay at Spatz in Lucerne. the hostess at breakfast was incredibly accommodating and the staff were friendly and approachable. the hotel is conveniently located right at the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. the buses to the city center and train station were frequent, with a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes. the journey to the train station took less than 5 minutes, making it convenient for day trips to other places. the beds were comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep.
