I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Katherine, who worked at the reception, was especially helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with one of the best fitness centers I've ever seen in a hotel. The wellness area was fantastic, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Asian restaurant, Tse Fung, served the best Asian cuisine in Switzerland. The bar and Lotti restaurant also offered great food choices and high-quality dishes. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and I loved the added bonus of a free minibar and a Nespresso machine.

The outside swimming pool was a highlight, and the fitness center was one of the most amazing I've ever seen in a hotel, with top-notch equipment. The wellness area, including both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, was outstanding. Additionally, the Asian restaurant at the hotel is without a doubt the best in Switzerland. The bar and Lotti restaurant also impressed me with their quality and variety of food. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the fact that the minibar beverages and a Nespresso machine were provided in the room was a delightful bonus.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As longer term business travelers, we enjoyed the exclusive boat service, delicious food, amazing fitness center, and well-equipped wellness area. The in-room breakfast was tasty, and the free minibar beverages were a nice touch. The location, view, and garden were all great, and the restaurant staff were super helpful. The rooms were fantastic, with blackout blinds and a mirrored television. The overall service level was exceptional, and we were impressed by the care taken by the staff.

During our recent stay at La Reserve Geneve Hotel & Spa, we were blown away by the beautiful grounds and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace where we could unwind in comfortable armchairs.

We were pleased with the friendly and efficient check-in staff, although we had to wait a couple of hours for our room to be ready. While waiting, we enjoyed a drink at the lodge, by the pool.
