We had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. the mountain view from our room was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to the train station and other attractions in the area. it was a memorable Christmas experience.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the hotel could have provided more diverse options for meals, as the menu seemed limited.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the First bahn and within walking distance of the village. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and making us feel at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the jacuzzi/pool area with its stunning mountain views. And the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options to start our day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with ski passes, information, and transfers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large pool and pleasant spa area. The location was perfect, right next to the cable car to the "First Grindelwald" mountain. Additionally, the breakfast options were fabulous, with a great selection. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and parking was conveniently located directly in front of the hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel offered an on-site Wellness center with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, just slightly above the main street, providing breathtaking views of the mountains from the rooms, lounge, dining room.

One downside was the limited TV channels available in English, with only 1 or 2 options. However, this was somewhat compensated by the comfortable lounge area where we could relax and read.

I especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, which offered a variety of tasty options. The wellness center provided a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the wifi in my room was practically nonexistent, and I had to go into the hallway to get any kind of signal.

The hotel's staff provided excellent service, making me feel like a valued guest. The rooms were comfortable and the indoor pool was large and relaxing. The half board option was worth it, with delicious evening meals and reasonably priced wine. The hotel's convenient location and the staff's assistance with printing tickets for mountain railways, gondolas, and cable cars were very helpful. The lunch boxes were good value and allowed for enjoyable picnics by lakes or streams.

Loved the breathtaking mountain views from the window and the free upgrade to a room with a balcony was a nice touch. the nearby hiking trails were a great way to spend Thanksgiving day, and the cozy lounge and fireplace made for a relaxing evening.

The Thanksgiving dinner left a lot to be desired. the turkey was dry and overcooked, and the sides were bland.

Helpful staff, enjoyable pool and spa, bigger than expected room, good location near train station and cable cart station, quality breakfast buffet with many choices.
