We loved the central location of this hotel, it made it so easy for us to explore all around. The Interlaken center was just a short walk away, and the eastern train station and Hardberg funicular were also close by. The breakfast here was really nice, with a good selection to choose from. The staff, especially Abdul and the assistant manager Karim, were incredibly helpful and gracious.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's spa and sauna, available on reservation, provided a relaxing experience. The front desk staff were accommodating and gave us great suggestions for places to visit. I had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The location in this nice area made it easy to walk to train stations and boat piers. The free Wi-Fi in rooms made it convenient to stay connected and the room service and dry cleaning made my stay hassle-free. The facilities like the leisure spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath were wonderful, and the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like the in-room safe, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV.
