We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for us to explore the area. We even took a two-stop ride on the Bernina Express train and it was absolutely breathtaking. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We also loved the fact that there was a restaurant and a bar on site, offering delicious food and a wide selection of whiskies. a fantastic experience!

That if you wanted a firm pillow, you had to purchase it separately, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located on the lake side, offering stunning views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant served delicious food. We enjoyed renting bikes for free.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with stunning views of the lake. We were able to easily access the Bernina and Glacier Express trains from the property, making our travel convenient. The staff at the front desk were great and provided helpful information about the area.

The room was a bit too warm for our liking, even with the cold weather outside. We had to keep the window open to cool it down.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with the lake and surrounding area providing a picturesque backdrop. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being right across the train station and providing easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was the spacious and clean room, which made for a comfortable stay.

There were a few things that I disliked about my experience. the spa area was overcrowded and felt cramped, especially when more than 5 people were present.

The complementary shuttle service to and from the train station was very helpful, as it made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze. the room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom. the view from the room was absolutely stunning, making our morning coffee all the more enjoyable.
