The location of this hotel is perfect - right at the pier where we took the ferry to tour around the lake. The views from the breakfast cafe are amazing, especially during sunset. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for our stay in the area. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with a lounge area, large bathroom, and a balcony. The hotel offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a four-course dinner included in the room rate.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Crystal Resort. The lakeview from my room was breathtaking. The modern and comfortable decor added to the overall experience. The spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath was a luxurious touch. The location was convenient, right by the ferry piers and a short walk to the cable car station. The included breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of options. The bed was extremely comfortable, with silk smooth sheets. I highly recommend this small luxury hotel.

The bathroom and toilet being separated from the bedroom by only a curtain was an unusual choice. Additionally, the surrounding area of the hotel was messy and not well regulated.

Guests can enjoy easy access to various attractions, including the gondola ride to the "One Piece" amusement park and cultural center, as well as the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway station. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the lake, allowing guests to relax and unwind in a serene environment. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to meet guests' needs. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right.

One minor drawback is the noise that can be heard from outside of the room, which can be a bit disruptive to guests who are seeking a peaceful and quiet environment.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the lake with amazing sunsets and was located close to a variety of restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing recommendations for local sightseeing. the room was spacious and came with high-quality amenities such as free BD/DVD rentals.

The hotel had poor wifi connectivity in the room and lacked a small coffee table for easy snacking. the breakfast variety was lacking.
