The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I also enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who gave great recommendations. the coffee served at the hotel was excellent.

The layout of the bathrooms and rooms, which I found a bit odd. Another minor issue was the low shower pressure.

During my stay at this charming hotel, I was captivated by its unique and authentic atmosphere. The rooftop breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, offering quality coffee and delicious pastries. Exploring the narrow market alleys felt safe and exciting, with plenty of opportunities to shop and immerse myself in the local culture. The helpful manager, Sefira, suggested a spice tour with a luncheon, which turned out to be an incredible experience. In a thatch roof treehouse overlooking the lush hills, a local family prepared an 8-dish spread, allowing us to connect with their culture and feel like family. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the spice market, clothing shops, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay.

My stay at this hidden gem was faultless. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooftop views were breathtaking. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff, especially Rebecca and her team, went above and beyond to make my honeymoon stay special. I couldn't recommend the property more. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. The building itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful antiques and traditional elements that added to its charm. One of my favorite parts was the lovely rooftop, where breakfast was served every morning. The views of the city were breathtaking, and the coffee and baked goods were simply amazing. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, and I loved the fact that they had fans, strong AC, and a safe for my valuables. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was exceptionally clean and that the AC worked brilliantly. The location was perfect, with most places of interest just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly special experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this coffee house in Stone Town. the hotel is known for its amazing coffee and it definitely lived up to its reputation. the rooftop where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning and offers a private space for hotel guests. Despite having a private bathroom down the hall, it was convenient and the bathroom itself was great. the air conditioning unit was a lifesaver after a hot day of exploring. the staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting with tour arrangements and transportation. I can't wait to return and see the staff again!
