craftsman exceeded our expectations yet again during our stay in bangkok. the hotel's clean, comfortable, and beautiful design made us feel right at home. the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax while still being close to the action. the friendly staff and great amenities, such as the pool and bar, added to the overall wonderful experience.

The staff were amazing, they were so helpful and made xmas very special. I appreciated the complementary bottle of wine and fruit offered in the room. the hotel's location was perfect, close to all the attractions and nightlife. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking, but this was easily fixed by adjusting the controls. the shower temperature was inconsistent at times, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

We loved the massive and brand new rooms, as well as the beautiful swimming pool and workout gym. The hotel is located in the vibrant Ari area, surrounded by great food options and within walking distance to public transport. The privacy and quiet atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The tasty food, including room service, was an added bonus.

Our stay at Craftsman was excellent! The hotel was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially loved the swimming pool and the bar. The only drawback was the long walk to the BTS station, but it wasn't a big issue for us. I highly recommend this hotel!
