The hotel has a great location in the center of Bangkok, very near to Terminal 21, a fantastic shopping center. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby in the Sukhumvit area, making it convenient for dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers a warm pool and a sauna/steam room on the roof, providing relaxation and leisure facilities.

The breakfast at the hotel was only adequate, not up to the standards of other Thai hotels.

The room was excellent with two full bathrooms, clean and spacious. The location was convenient, with Terminal 21 mall within walking distance. The housekeeping staff and the Arabic restaurant in the hotel were highlights of our stay.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Bangkok and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. One situation that stood out to me was when I accidentally left my USB stick in my room. To my surprise and relief, the hotel staff not only found it, but went out of their way to return it to me. Their honesty and thoughtfulness were truly exceptional.

The amenities inside the hotel were very spacious and we truly enjoyed the kitchen and washer in our room. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was a short walking distance from a mall, food, and massages. the complementary facts we received made our romantic escape even more special.

We also found the pool to be a bit small for our liking. Lastly, we found it concerning that we had to go outside to let our pet out, as there was no designated area for pets.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a second toilet, comfortable bed, and excellent location near restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the relaxing pool area and delicious Mexican restaurant nearby.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional services. the spacious, elegant room had exclusive advantages, including a well-equipped kitchen where I could create some dishes as in my own home. the stunning outdoor rooftop pool with sun loungers and pool with a view was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the city. The location advantage was also evident, situated near the Akshok BTS station and only a short distance to all Bangkok has to offer. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the distance from the main road, which required a bit of a walk. the helpful and friendly staff made up for any inconvenience.

the hotel was well-maintained and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. They even gave me an early check-in and upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. the shuttle service to BTS Asoke was also very convenient. I would definitely choose Mercure again for my next visit.
