We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Chiang Rai. the staff at the Hi Chiangrai Hotel-Sha Extra Plus were incredibly kind and spoke excellent English. the hotel was immaculately clean, and our room had all the amenities we needed. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and we were thrilled to have hot water available. the Asian-style breakfast was delicious, with some international options as well. the location was great, just a short walk from the Night Bazaar and the city center.

The breakfast tasted amazing, like a burst of flavors in my mouth! The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby, and the room had plenty of space, perfect for a connecting stay. The location was unbeatable, close to the bus station, night market, and delicious restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved that I could rent bikes for free and explore the beautiful White Temple. The overall experience was mind-blowing, definitely worth every baht!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. It was such a relief to have a washer and dryer available in the building, as we were in our third week of traveling and desperately needed to do laundry. the location was great, within walking distance to many good restaurants and the Night Market, which we visited every evening. the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. When I am back in town, I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I had a great experience staying at this centrally located hotel. The convenience of being close to downtown, the night bazaar, and the bustling center of Chiang Rai made it ideal for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a soft bed and refreshing air conditioning. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was satisfying and offered a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided free bike rentals, allowing me to easily visit attractions like the White Temple.

There was some noise in the evenings due to children playing in the pool. It would have been better if the parents had been more considerate of other guests trying to relax in their rooms after a long day.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town with everything I needed within walking distance. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and excellent attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with basic facilities and a balcony to enjoy the views. Plus, having breakfast included was a great perk.

The place was pretty new, everything felt clean and well-maintained. They gave us complimentary water and tea/coffee which was nice. the location was great, it was within walking distance to a night market and street food. the bed was comfortable and had good pillows.

The swimming pool was in an awkward location, right in front of the front door, and was much smaller than I expected. I didn't end up using it at all.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The price was great considering the lack of visitors, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. One highlight of our stay was the car and driver arrangement made by the staff, which turned out to be a great experience. One odd thing we encountered was that the shower initially had no hot water. However, after letting the water run for about 10 minutes, it warmed up as the attendant had mentioned.
