We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short distance to Silom shopping mall and conveniently close to both BTS and MRT stations. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also impressive, well-maintained and spotless. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available at all times. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities, including a snack and drink upon arrival. We also had a pleasant view from our room.

Some disruption from a new build to the hotel, but it did not hinder our enjoyment of the stay.

The staff, particularly the receptionists, are friendly and provide excellent service. The cleaning service is efficient and satisfactory.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from some very nice wine bars and restaurants. the room was much larger than expected and the bed was absolutely massive and very comfortable. the free mini bus service to nearby transportation was a big help.

The hotel was a bit further away from the main public transport system than I had imagined, and the mini bus service was only available during the day. it was a decent stay but there are probably better options available.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the location was convenient with nearby amenities. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the bell boys who warmly greeted me and promptly assisted with my luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the rates were very affordable for a centrally located hotel, making it a great value for money. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area yet still close to the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the security deposit policy that was promptly refunded upon check-out. The hotel even gave me a complimentary upgrade, and the room felt more like a cozy apartment than a hotel room. Another thing I liked was the presence of two staff members in the lobby, which ensured that everything ran smoothly.

There was a slight inconvenience regarding the transportation. Although the hotel was located in a nice area, it was a bit far from the nearest public transportation.

Rates are affordable, WiFi works well, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable apartment, nice breakfast.
