I was pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance of Kokotel. The Japanese branding added a unique touch to the overall experience. Although the rooms were somewhat spartan, they were well-maintained and comfortable. One minor inconvenience was the lack of bar soap and hand towels, but the friendly and helpful reception staff quickly resolved the issue. The hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability, such as providing unlimited drinking water without plastic bottles, impressed me. Despite a few small blemishes like minor stains on sheets and towels, the hotel's cleanliness was generally satisfactory. The location was convenient, and the bed provided a restful sleep. I had a decent stay at Kokotel Bangkok Surawong and would recommend it to others.

This hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of Silom, which is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, and the breakfast is delicious.

The location is not far from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with a well-equipped bathroom and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel provides a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The room was quite dusty and untidy upon arrival, with dust on hand railings and bed frames.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast had a great selection of both western and local cuisine, and the fact that they had a play area for kids was a bonus. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated within a 10 min walk to some great restaurants and local shops.

The small room size, as it was difficult to move around with our luggage. the hotel was quite a distance from the main station, so we had to use a taxi to get around.
