We had a great stay at Lk Emerald Beach - Sha Extra Plus. the hotel is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed. the hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the nice layout and the great swimming pool, which was not cold. the breakfast offered a large variety of Thai and western food, with a salad, bakery, jams, and even 3 coffee machines available. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the concierge service and hotel bus. a fantastic hotel for singles, couples, or families.

Enjoyed the quiet location with easy access to the beach and shuttle service to Terminal 21 Mall. The staff were very helpful, and we were looked after well. We loved the comfortable, clean rooms and the fabulous breakfast. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel that offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival. It was situated in a prime location near the beach, and it was easy to find delicious food nearby. the pool at the hotel was lovely and relaxing.

The English level of the staff was not adequate, and it was difficult for me to communicate my concerns or needs. the breakfast options were limited and not suitable for those with a European palate.

We recently stayed at a fabulous hotel with a sea view. the room was impeccable, equipped with all the necessary facilities. the swimming pool was charming, and we especially enjoyed the Happy Hour from 13:00 to 17:00, where we could relax with delicious drinks in hand. One highlight of our stay was the dinner we booked on the beach, which was fun and great value for money. the hotel also managed the parking lot efficiently, and the breakfast was excellent, with a delightful serving of hot chocolate.

The luxury amenities at this hotel met all my expectations. From the Spa & wellness centre, Swimming Pool, Beach Access and Private Facilities, everything was exclusive and of top-notch quality. the sun terrace and loungers were a perfect way to unwind while enjoying the serene views of the sea. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a range of delicious cuisines and refreshing drinks.

The leisure/TV room was a tad bit outdated for my liking, but given the range of other facilities available, it was not a major concern. the staff was accommodating, but I would have preferred more personalized experience in the form of in-room breakfast or poolside snack bar service.

The value for money was excellent, the room was beautiful and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The location was convenient with a shuttle service to a nearby mall.

Breakfast option could have been improved with more dessert choices.
