The hotel's facilities were fresh and clean, creating a pleasant environment for our stay. The pool area was particularly enjoyable, offering a nice space to relax and unwind. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close enough to the center of town to be convenient, but also providing a sense of tranquility and privacy.

There were some aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. there were issues with communication, as our inquiries made through the hotel's messenger service went unanswered until after we had already checked out.

The hotel had a Spanish architectural influence which was really cool. the Thai and international food in the restaurant was great and the pool area was lovely.

The hotel asked for a security deposit in cash at check-in, unlike any other hotel we had stayed at in Thailand. the hotel did not set up the sofa bed for the third person in our room and didn't refund us for a prepayment that shouldn't have been taken.
