Upgraded to a spacious suite upon arrival - a pleasant surprise. Room had a smart TV and was tastefully decorated with a comfy bed and nice bathtub. Enjoyed streaming shows. Good breakfast and great coffee. Convenient location for exploring Nimman Road area and a short taxi ride to the old town.

Over the Christmas period, we stayed in a hotel near the bustling areas of the town. One of the key advantages was that the hotel was conveniently located close to the Old Town and other popular places for travellers. we liked that the hotel provided very good coffee, and breakfast was satisfactory. Lastly, we enjoyed the fact that the room was upgraded to a more spacious suite.

There wasn’t enough water provided for us throughout the day, for which we had to constantly remind the staff. Although we discovered that we could request cleaning services, the information was not made clear to us.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
