We loved how this place is located right by the beach. The staff was super friendly and always accommodating; they even had happy hour by the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by cafes, massage shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and daily housekeeping service. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a mini water park and well-maintained pools with plenty of lounge chairs. it was a great experience.

Some areas of the hotel felt crowded and the swimming pool was a bit shallow.

The location was perfect with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. We enjoyed being in the heart of the city and having everything at our fingertips. Our room had a great view of the city and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed in our room wasn't very comfortable and we found it a bit difficult to sleep. the hotel lacked any nightlife or party atmosphere, which made for somewhat boring evenings.

As party people, we loved the hotel's pool bar with its happy hour promotions and the wide variety of activities provided.

I had a fantastic time at Ozo Phuket in Kata Beach. The hotel was centrally located, with shops and the beach just a short walk away. My room was cozy and had great air conditioning, and the smart TV was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel was perfect for families, with a big outdoor area and plenty of activities for kids. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the food in general was delicious and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

the staff at the hotel, from the gardeners to the lobby staff, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the reception area, while open plan, had strict security measures in place. the rooms were excellent, as I had booked a family room with two bedrooms but received two rooms with interconnecting doors plus an additional room. the breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, the best I have had in my 20 years of traveling in Thailand. the hotel had great amenities for families, including pools and waterslides, creating a fun and enjoyable environment.

We traveled with our young children and stayed at Ozo Phuket in Kata Beach for 12 nights. The facilities and breakfast were amazing, with beautiful swimming pools and a variety of delicious food options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great access to the beach and night markets. Our kids loved the pool and the film sessions in the garden area, and we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach to food and drink packaging.
