We absolutely loved our 10-day stay at the Resort Hotel - Sha Extra Plus. Everything was perfect, from the convenient location to the amazing pool. the staff, especially Mrs Lucky at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast spread was delicious. We also enjoyed dining at Pavarotti's Italian Restaurant by the garden poolside and the Roof Top Steak House. the spa inside the resort was a wonderful treat. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back.

The pools at this hotel are absolutely amazing! They are large, clean, and unique compared to other hotels in the area. It was so refreshing to have a spacious pool with plenty of sunbeds and covers. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Patong, near the shopping area and just a short walk to the beach. So convenient! Also, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded upon arrival with a smile.

One major downside was the condition of the hotel itself. It is quite old and could use a refresh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming resort in the heart of Patong. Just like other guests, I was captivated by its unbeatable location. Situated just a stone's throw away from Bangla Road and Patong Beach, convenience was at my fingertips. The clear signboards throughout the resort made navigating a breeze.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and always willing to help! They had great complementary breakfast and welcome drinks which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the fun areas. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony.

The pools could have been a bit more well maintained, as they lacked umbrellas and the water quality could have been better.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, being close to the vibrant Bangla Road and Patong Beach, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel's sign boards made navigating the property and finding amenities effortless. The spacious rooms and proactive room service provided a comfortable stay, while the gorgeous pool with a jacuzzi and poolside bar added to the overall experience. The rooftop skylounge bar, though closed due to rain, offered a classy atmosphere with a stunning city view.

The lack of a massage salon and nail salon on the property was inconvenient and forced me to seek services from outside sources, which I found distasteful.

The hotel also had two swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds and blankets, creating a serene atmosphere. The well-maintained leafy surroundings added to the peaceful ambiance. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and even beach access. We couldn't have asked for more!
