I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated, with extremely comfortable beds. The communal areas of the hotel were stunningly decorated and well-kept, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The grounds were also beautifully landscaped and clean. The location of the hotel on the ocean, especially on the best beach in this city, was absolutely amazing. Naithon beach had the best sand, water, waves, and stunning views next to mountains. The hotel staff were friendly, always smiling, and willing to help, no matter how busy they were or how annoying some guests may have been.

The hotel had a stunning view of the beach and the surrounding area. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, massage parlors, and stalls. Another advantage was the extensive breakfast options, with a variety of dishes available including fresh juices, fruits, and warm breakfast choices.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the hotel required a lot of walking and climbing steps due to its spread-out design, which could be challenging for those who are not fit.

The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of light and heavy meal options, and our son loved the frozen yoghurt and honeycomb. The shower and hand soaps provided were also lovely.

We had the most amazing time at the Pullman in Phuket! The one-bedroom pool villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The room was brand new, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeper left little notes and towel animals for the kids, which they loved. The kids club was fantastic, with lots of activities and a very friendly staff. The food at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The whole hotel is breathtaking and very well run. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at the top-floor Italian restaurant and sipping cocktails at the bar overlooking the sea. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay!

During our stay at Pullman, we were amazed by the stunning property. The design was thoughtful and modern, and the two pools offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The fitness facility was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the variety of delicious restaurants on-site. The golf cart service was a convenient touch, and the most impressive part was the incredibly comfortable mattress in our room. The overall experience at Pullman was exceptional, and it exceeded our expectations.

One situation that happened to a guest was the initial room not being ready upon arrival. Although we arrived at 3:00 pm, we were informed that the room was not yet prepared.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a stunning view of the ocean, and a beautiful beach with white sand. The restaurant offers a delicious and diverse buffet with a wide range of dishes. The bar area is cozy with great service and live music. The hotel provides everything you need for a perfect night under the stars.

We had a great Thanksgiving in Phuket! the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the complementary drinks and snacks provided in our room every day. the location was perfect – close to the beach and easy to get around by taxi. the view of the sea from our balcony was stunning.

The food at the hotel was not very good and quite expensive. the room was not as clean as we expected, with some minor maintenance issues.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, with beautiful views of the beach below! The room and bathroom were both spacious and modern with plenty of amenities. The staff were attentive and took care of everything we needed promptly. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed lounging by the infinity pool, with breathtaking ocean views.

The prices were quite high compared to other places in Thailand.
