We had a really fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and stylish, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a pool access studio. Our toddler daughter loved having the gated 1st floor balcony. The resort facilities were conveniently located within a short walk from our room, including the restaurant, gym, bars, and kids club. The open air restaurant was spacious and the food was delicious, with a refreshingly interesting kids menu. We also enjoyed the MiniLand play area, where our daughter could play both indoors and outdoors. The resort mascots, Lollo and Bernie, were a big hit with our daughter. The beach, just in front of the hotel, was beautiful and offered a relaxing atmosphere. we had an excellent experience here.

In terms of cons, we didn't have any negative experiences to report. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great value for money with spacious rooms and a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Mano, Ms. Tee, and Ms. Anna, went above and beyond to ensure we had a special time. Perfect for families with children, as there are plenty of kid-friendly pools and a toy box available. The hotel also provided a launderette and kitchenette with a microwave in each room, making it convenient for storing and heating up takeaway food. The food was delicious and the dining experience was enhanced by the ocean view. We particularly enjoyed the clown and dance shows after dinner. a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning.

sunwing bangtao beach - sha plus was an incredible experience! the resort had a lovely atmosphere with beautiful plants, clean rooms, and a stunning beach. the pool and kids activities were a hit with my family, and the variety of food at breakfast was impressive. we also enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants, shops, and a massage salon on the beach.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the beautiful Bangtao beach. The location was perfect, around 30 minutes north of Patong, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the hotel was stunning, with direct access to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Markus who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-maintained communal areas. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options. it was a clean and comfortable hotel with everything well thought out.

The beaches were beautiful, and there were plenty of pools to choose from, some with swim-up bars. We also enjoyed the food, which catered to all tastes and offered traditional Thai dishes.

The hotel was quite isolated, and it was difficult to get around without a car. the shuttle service was inconsistent, and other than a few neighboring restaurants, there weren't many entertainment options available on the hotel grounds.
