I recently stayed at The Promenade Hotel - Sha Plus for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and patient. The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient access to the BTS and a variety of restaurants and bars. The hotel offers great value for the price and has an impressive rooftop pool. Additionally, the water pressure in the hotel was exceptionally strong, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to Nana train station and shopping malls. The room was clean and comfortable, with a homely feel. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check out late. The coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the quiet and clean pool on the roof, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The only thing I would have liked is a bidet/bum gun in the bathroom.

Conveniently located close to the skytrain, the hotel is a great value option in the central Sukhumvit area. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are clean and cozy with good satellite TV and windows overlooking the vibrant soi 8. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with tasty marmalade and good coffee.

No negative aspect to mention, all was ok.

As a couple, we loved the very central location of the hotel. The staff even let us check in early, which was a bonus. The cleanliness and maintenance were commendable, despite the hotel's age. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, perfect for cooling down during the day. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to bars, clubs, and the skytrain made it a great location for partying.

Had a fantastic time over the Easter break. the hotel was great value for money, with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was ideal, only a short walk from public transport and a variety of dining options. the view from the 10th floor pool was stunning, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Some staff members were not as friendly as others. When I needed an iron, reception was unhelpful and abrupt.

The owner, Nina, is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our specific visa documents. The location is good, with quick access to BTS trains from Nana station. The room is clean and functional, with a good shower and comfortable bed. Despite being in central Bangkok, the room is surprisingly quiet, ideal for a light sleeper.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel! It's become my go-to option whenever I visit the area. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is reliable. Not to mention, the small swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. the hotel is clean and welcoming, and after staying here more than 5 times, it truly feels like a home away from home. And let's not forget, the classic DET % Bar Restaurant is right across the street, which is a must-visit for all SE Asia enthusiasts!
