The staff is friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the breakfast buffet provides both local and western options, satisfying a range of tastes.

The TV channels are limited and the couches in the rooms are quite uncomfortable.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the caves and the river. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. The swimming pool was a big hit with our kids, and they even had toys available for them to play with. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back!

Despite a small drawback of ongoing pier construction, the hotel addressed our concerns and made efforts to minimize disruptions. we had a great experience at Tubtim Siam River Kwai Resort and would highly recommend it.
