We were really impressed with our recent stay at X10 Khaolak Resort. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of delicious food and great value for the money. Our kids loved the kid-friendly amenities like the pools, slider, and PS5 room. The free coffee machine and popcorn and soft drinks in the afternoon were nice perks. The staff, especially Pearl at the Front Desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved being able to jump into the pool from our terrace. The WiFi throughout the resort was surprisingly strong, even at the beach. Despite a few minor flaws, like the limited TV channels and lack of toothpicks in the restaurants, we highly recommend this hotel for families.

The spa is overpriced and lacking some facilities like a sauna or hot bath. The adult pool could use better enforcement of its "adult zone" policy for a more peaceful experience.

Additionally, it is conveniently close to the local night market, offering a chance to explore the local culture and cuisine. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a pillow menu for ultimate comfort. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One downside is that the sun loungers do not have cushions, which can make them uncomfortable after extended periods of time.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and various shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the amazing kids pool and also appreciated the separate adult pool for a quieter experience. The Spa was absolutely amazing, offering great treatments at reasonable prices. we highly recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation.

One drawback was the beach in front of the property, which was rough and not suitable for swimming. However, we heard there are other nearby beaches that are excellent.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was super spacious and clean. I loved how close it was to the beach, it was so convenient to have a relaxing walk every day. the breakfast was superb, there was so much delicious food to choose from!

The location of the smoking area could use some improvement as it's on the way to the room and restaurant. It would be great if they had a designated spot that won't disturb others.
