We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the center of Istanbul and had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, with all the interesting points of the city being very close by. The staff provided top-quality customer service, especially Mr. Suleiman at the front office. He was welcoming and always ready to help with any issues or requests we had. He even offered us tea and coffee throughout our stay, making us feel extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center where we could unwind after a long day of exploring.

I was initially concerned about the location, but once I arrived at Azra Sultan Hotel & Spa, I realized it was actually perfect. It was centrally located, making it easy to visit all of the major attractions in Istanbul. The staff at the hotel were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon and provided a free breakfast on the morning of our arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff spoke English well, making communication easy. Despite a few minor issues like a bad smell in the bathroom and a lack of soundproofing, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the main tourist attractions. You can easily walk to restaurants, mosques, and even the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff who anticipate your needs. The breakfast is delicious, with a stunning view, and the service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering Turkish tea, coffee, and water. They even arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

There were some issues with the room. The initial room we were given was too small and had a view of an abandoned building.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old city center, close to the Basilica Cistern and within walking distance of many restaurants and mosques. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views, even in foggy weather. The staff, especially Zulkuf, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially Zulkuf during breakfast, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The manager, Suleyman, was also very attentive and made us feel welcome. The building itself was new and comfortable, and the rooms were clean and suited our needs. The hotel also had a nice rooftop breakfast area with great views, and the staff were helpful in providing directions and suggestions on things to do.

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring major attractions in the city. The staff treated us exceptionally well, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Breakfast delights, but could use more variety.

The hotel stay during my Easter break was enjoyable, thanks to the amazing staff who were welcoming and friendly. the hearty breakfast served was a treat, especially the variety of cakes and delicious sausages and the location was central and convenient. two complementary facts were offered which was a pleasant surprise.

There was only one downside to my stay which was the check-out process. It was quite slow and took longer than anticipated, causing me to feel a bit frustrated.

All the major tourist attractions were within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything and even provided an excellent breakfast, ensuring that I was fed even when I overslept. the room was clean and comfortable, with a modern shower and a cozy bed. Even in the winter, the room was warm and inviting.
