The staff at Galata World went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Despite a small issue with the air conditioner in my room, the manager promptly upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a bidet in the bathroom. And let's not forget the delicious food at the nearby restaurant, which served the best traditional breakfast. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
