Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience, exceeding our expectations in every way. the location is ideal, right in the heart of Istanbul, making it convenient to explore popular attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. the staff, especially Ahmet, were exceptional - always ready to assist with a smile. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the attentiveness of the housekeeping team. the breakfast provided was delicious and filling, setting us up for a great start to the day.

some rooms might face noise issues, so it's advisable to request a room away from potential disturbances like nearby workshops.

The hotel's excellent location is perfect for exploring the historic sites, such as Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. The rooftop terrace provides an amazing view of the city and the kitchen is a great addition. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were always clean and tidy, and the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. the location of the hotel was perfect, with shops and attractions nearby.

That the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from outside quite clearly. The lack of a variety of TV channels was also a disappointment.
