The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my Christmas stay. It was conveniently located near public transportation, restaurants, and shops. I was able to easily explore different parts of the city using the tram, ferry, or train, which were all located nearby. there were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area to choose from, making it easy to find a good meal.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were not up to my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms was not perfect, with some noticeable issues like dirty showers.

TV in the room only had Turkish language programs. Noise from adjacent room was bothersome.

I stayed in this hotel and I really liked it. The location of this place is perfect as it's near the Topkapi Palace and the Metro Station for the Tram. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception desk named Mr Anwar. He was very gentle and accommodating.
