We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Taksim square and just off the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Nihat and Pinar who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast spread was also delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the airport shuttle, making our transportation to and from the airport very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The executive suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the executive lounge with free snacks and drinks all day, a nice spa with a pool for the kids, and room service available 24/7. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the center of the city and close to shopping centers. The breakfast on the 9th floor had a great view of the river and offered a delicious spread. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Hakan and Qadeer at the reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were amazing - welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The manager, Mr. Mehmet, was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Ms. Gurbet went above and beyond to help us and even provided her contact information. The suite we stayed in was luxurious and spacious. The breakfast was great and always well-stocked.

Great location, close to Taksim square and public transportation. Plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. the room was spacious and clean.

The fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay, disrupting my sleep. the floor I was on smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though I was in a non-smoking room.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, fast WiFi, wide selection of TV channels.

This hotel is fantastic all around! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Taksim Square and within walking distance of restaurants and Istiklal Street. The staff goes above and beyond, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful advice on exploring Istanbul. The rooms are comfortable, with king size beds and all the necessary amenities, including plugs and great views. The breakfast buffet on the rooftop is a real treat, with a wide variety of options, including vegetarian and allergy-friendly choices.

The hotel is conveniently located near the new airport, with the HAVABUS station just steps away. Walking distance to Istiqal Street and just off the square, it's close to everything. The service is excellent, and the breakfast selection is more than enough. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, especially a helpful young male staff member in a grey uniform. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet on the rooftop was exceptional, with stunning views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
