Upgraded to a spacious suite with high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of food. Our guide, Riduan, provided a unique local experience. the 15th-century Bazaar nearby was a hidden gem. Overall, a delightful stay.

Staff recommended a good taxi when I arrived. the place has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, restaurant, laundry. They have a lot of facilities, like flat-screen TV. Easy check-in. I'll be back for New Year.

We stayed at a charming, renovated Armenian monastery in the old city for two nights. the staff, especially Fatim and Mustafah, were exceptional, offering tea, coffee, and helpful advice throughout our stay. the spacious deluxe rooms with open-air courtyards and delicious Turkish breakfasts were highlights. the owner's generosity and local insights made our experience truly special. A private tour to nearby attractions was easily arranged by the manager, Ali, who ensured top-notch service and comfort. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
