I recently stayed at the Craton Hotel Sisli for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall. It was also conveniently close to several hospitals and clinics. The room, although small, was well-designed and comfortable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Mousa at the reception and Burak. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the breakfast staff, especially Mr. Mehmet, provided excellent service. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the spa and pool area and the comfortable beds. The breakfast options were fantastic, even for vegetarians like us. we had a great stay at Craton Hotel.

We loved staying at this place! It's right in the heart of everything and super close to the metro. The room was great - very clean and comfortable. The staff here are amazing. They were all very helpful and made us feel right at home. The spa centre was fantastic, we had a full body massage which was so relaxing. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the restaurant was excellent too.

This hotel has a fantastic location, with plenty of cafes and markets nearby. You'll love being close to Şişli metro station and just a quick walk away from the centre of the action. Plus, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast to start your day with plenty of energy. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. Be sure to take advantage of the great facilities, like the lovely bathroom and stunning views from the terrace.

Although the staff is helpful, there is some room for improvement in terms of friendliness and customer service.

Good This hotel is a luxurious paradise, providing exclusive amenities that fulfil every need. the service is impeccable , the staff go above and beyond to make sure guests feel indulged. the Spa and wellness centre is top, notch, with an Indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Foot massage and Turkish bath all available for a relaxing stay. the Garden area is exquisite, providing a serene escape from the bustling city life.

Bad there was a minor issue with the dinner buffet. the selection was limited and lacked variation, which could be improved.

The gym and pool were the best aspects of my Christmas stay. the gym had all the machines I needed and the pool was clean and refreshing. the hotel offered complimentary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate which added to the festive mood. Its location also made it easier to explore the city as it was close to public transportation and some popular attractions.

The bathroom amenities were also not restocked daily which is something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. the staff also seemed uninterested in providing a warm and welcoming experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from Sisli and Cevahir mall. The staff, especially Ibrahim and Yasin, were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is new and well-built, with no noise from neighboring rooms. The swimming pool and spa facilities were also excellent. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and other big shopping malls. The breakfast served was outstanding and the staff at the restaurant, including Salih, Mehmet, Qmaza, and Nazar. we had a wonderful experience.
