From the moment I arrived, the guest relations manager, Elif, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the hotel's location in Kartal was a great choice for exploring the Asian side of Istanbul. the lobby was beautifully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. the rooms were impeccably clean and well-designed, with high-quality amenities. the rooftop bar offered a stunning 360-degree view and was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink. the staff, location, cleanliness, and facilities at Titanic Business Kartal exceeded my expectations.

The restaurant on the upper floor offers a stunning view, providing a picturesque setting for a delicious meal. Additionally, the proximity to Sabiha airport is a bonus for those traveling in and out of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and all necessary toiletries provided. The staff is professional and courteous, offering excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to both traditional Turkish and Western tastes. The hotel also offers facilities such as a gym, sauna, and hammam, ensuring guests have everything they need for a relaxing stay.

There were some issues with the reservation system upon arrival, causing a bit of inconvenience for guests.

We had a great stay at this "Business Hotel" with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was generous in size and the view from the 12th floor was stunning. The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff provided us with two room cards for easy access. The hotel's location was convenient, with many nice restaurants along the coast.

The staff were super nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a large bathtub. the open buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, the hotel's rooftop offered an amazing view and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the minibar in my room wasn't working, and even after requesting a replacement, the second minibar didn't work either.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the hotel did not allow restaurant deliveries, which was inconvenient for me as I prefer to have meals delivered to my room at times.
