We had a fantastic stay at a small, well-maintained hotel called Venus. The staff, especially Selman, Unal, and the manager, Yunus. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the hotel also offered great dinner options. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the attractions, and the hotel provided a shuttle service to the Hierapolis and Pamukkale site. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff went above and beyond to help us when my phone fell into the Cleopatra pools. They even assisted us in finding a 24-hour phone repair shop. The hotel itself was clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The bathroom was always kept clean and housekeeping was very prompt. Our room had a double and single bed, which was a rarity in Turkey. The pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was a relief from the Turkish heat. The hotel even offered free shuttle rides to nearby attractions. I loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

venus hotel in pamukkale was a delightful surprise. the traditional turkish decor and friendly staff made our stay memorable. the clean rooms and delicious breakfast added to the overall wonderful experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near all the popular tourist attractions, such as the Pamukkale travertines and Hierapolis. It was also close to the Denizli bus station, making it easy to access. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the pool. The bathroom was well-equipped and the hotel provided a good hairdryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.

The only issue I had was with the staff's behavior during the checkout process. They tried to force me to pay in cash, claiming that their credit card machine was not working.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially a tall chap whose name I unfortunately forgot, were incredibly helpful. They even gave us a free transfer to the top of the travertines and other places we wanted to visit. The newly fitted bathroom was impressive, and although the rooms weren't large, they were still comfortable. The hotel's decor was also quite lovely.
