We got great value for our money at Innvista Hotels. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, being just a short walk from Land of Legends. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The location was great as it was close to the Land of Legends, where we spent our first day exploring and enjoying the various activities. The hotel had several restaurants, and on our first day, we tried another restaurant besides the main one, before we decided to avoid it for the rest of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool area. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The service at the hotel was helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The beach didn't meet our expectations - it looked dirty and abandoned.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was not far from the beaches and situated in the park of the legend. On the first day, I enjoyed the restaurant on the beach, which had a lovely view. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel also had great facilities, including a water park, swimming pools, and children's play areas.

The quality of the food at the comprehensive buffet was very low and often tasteless.

Without a doubt, this hotel is the epitome of luxury and sophistication. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the exclusive amenities, including a full, service Spa & wellness centre, a spacious outdoor swimming pool, and a beautiful beach access. the beauty treatments and full, body massage that I received were simply sublime and left me feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated. the animation team's live entertainment was top, notch, and the seasonally inspired outdoor pool area was blissful.

I did experience one minor issue: the service at the restaurant could be improved. Though the breakfasts were delicious, the a la carte restaurant only opened for dinner if ten or more people made a reservation.

During my recent stay at Innvista Hotels, I was impressed with the excellent facilities and family-friendly environment. The hotel staff was always helpful and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available every day. I especially enjoyed the convenient shuttle bus to the beach and the proximity to the Land of Legends. The hotel also provided free ice cream and slushies, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Innvista Hotels for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

We visited during Thanksgiving and found the complementary amenities and entertainment to be impressive. the location was handy as we could easily walk to the nearby shopping district and from there to the nearby theme park. we appreciated the strong Wi-Fi signal that allowed us to stay connected with friends and family back home.

We found that not all of the amenities advertised were up to standard. the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy and soured the experience for my son.

Family-oriented, great food, excellent facilities, helpful staff, convenient location.

My experience at Innvista Hotels was fantastic. the customer relations staff was excellent, especially for those who speak English. the kids club and swimming pools were great, and there was a wide variety of food at the buffet. the hotel premises had plenty of activities, and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was definitely worth the money, and I will be returning with my family.
