We had a great time staying here because of the fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff, and luxurious room amenities. This place is very close to a mosque, Le Mer beach, and Sheraton Emirates mall, making it easy to get around without a taxi. We appreciated the room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services that made our stay more comfortable. The welcome drink and happy hour were nice touches that made us feel welcome. The room was amazing with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and in-room safe were great for relaxing. We loved the amenities in the bathroom, including the sink, free toiletries, and dryer. The hotel also had am/fm alarm clocks, carpeted floors, and a dining restaurant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Aloft was overall very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the fantastic view of Sheikh Zahid Road. The hotel had a modern interior and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful city lights in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome with a wide variety of options available. The hotel also had a sport bar called 1/2Walnut, where the three Filipino service staff made our evenings very pleasant. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

aloft exceeded my expectations during my stay. the staff were friendly and professional, the breakfast was great with lots of variety, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel also provided transport to popular destinations, making it convenient for sightseeing. overall, it was value for money and a wonderful experience.

Internet connection was bad.

The hotel breakfast was really good and the staff were generally friendly. the hotel was very close to the airport which made travel quite easy. There were some nice complementary touches which made the stay a bit more enjoyable, including complimentary water in the room and free Wi-Fi.

The noise from the top-bar was just too much to bear. It was impossible to sleep with the sound of loud music and singing keeping me up into the early hours of the morning.
