The absence of an in-room dining menu and the unactivated iPad for ordering were minor inconveniences that detracted from the otherwise exceptional experience.

The resort's dedication to family-friendly amenities made our vacation truly memorable.

They even gave me a corner room with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Palm. The hotel's small private beach and convenient location for walks on the boardwalk were also highlights. Additionally, the friendly staff and well-equipped fitness facilities enhanced my experience.

This hotel is located right on the beach with a great view of the gulf. Staff provide excellent service and the rooms with a view of the Palm are comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast included many tasty options to choose from.

The shower in my room was a bit fiddly to adjust.

Plush King Size Bed: My stay here felt like being cradled in a fluffy cloud, with pillows so plush they made marshmallows feel stiff! The comfort of the large king-sized bed was out of this world, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location right on the beach was perfect. We also appreciated the excellent service from the friendly and attentive staff who made sure our room was always clean and stocked with tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bar served delicious meals and drinks, and we also enjoyed the spa and outdoor swimming pool during our stay.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area of the Palm, right next to the beach. The private beach is lovely, and the view is stunning. Rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and attentive service. Breakfast has many options and good value for money. The staff is nice and helpful, and the concierge is always welcoming.

The hotel lacks enough loungers by the pool and beach, and the quality of sunbeds needs improvement.

The pool and beach were amazing! the hotel interior was very stylish and fancy. I also appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby, as well as the shuttle service to nearby attractions. the location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

My stay was not without issues. the service was not up to par, with unprofessional staff who argued amongst themselves in front of guests.
