The location of the hotel is great, being very close to the airport for convenience but also easily accessible to Dubai downtown. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially the new waiter who provided outstanding service. The gym and swimming pool were fantastic, and there were many budget restaurants and a mini mart nearby.

The payment method could have been better organized.

grand mercure was a delightful surprise, exceeding my expectations. modern, clean, and friendly with helpful staff. the lobby coffee bar and front desk service were excellent. the room was small but sufficient. will definitely book more nights next time.
