Direct access to Festival City Mall meant we shopped till we dropped and even caught the mind-blowing IMAGINE show. Plus, the off-the-beaten-path foodie tour we took was totally epic, giving us a taste of Dubai's diverse eats.

If there was one thing missing, it would've been an epic rooftop party spot for us to keep the fun going after the mall closed.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel on my city break! the staff were cheerful, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for them. the spacious, clean, well-equipped room had everything I needed, even a safe box in the cabinet drawer. Loved the direct access to the nearby shopping mall- so super convenient! the fruit salad I had at breakfast was delicious, and it was great to see two complementary facts offered.

Only a few nit-picking things to mention. the shower water pressure was weak, and the water drainage in the bathroom tub was slow.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides spacious banquets and conference center for my meetings and special events. The staff was helpful, the facilities were modern, and the overall experience was conducive to a successful business trip.

The only service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center with professional amenities and support staff.

During my Easter vacation, I had a great stay at a hotel with amazing rooms that were spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff at the dining area was very friendly and attentive. the hotel's key location provided easy access to a shopping mall, which was a great plus. I also enjoyed the complementary shuttle service that took me to and from the airport, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with my friends and family.

The bathroom door did not close properly, and the window blind was not fixed, which was a bit of a bother. I had requested two single beds, but the hotel only provided one double bed, which was uncomfortable for me.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all very good. I especially loved the balcony with a terrace that gave me a great view of the city skyline. The breakfast was also fantastic with a lot of variety to choose from.

All in all, I had a great experience and there was really nothing to complain about.
