Splendid views from my paid Deluxe room, and the heavenly Levantine cuisine at Olea truly stood out. The attentive staff were always ready to go the extra mile, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location and opulent amenities provided the perfect setting for a memorable stay in Dubai.

The room design was a letdown compared to my previous experiences, and the hotel taxi's cash-only policy was inconvenient.

At the European-inspired café, I indulged in a delightful Parisian breakfast at a reasonable price of AED 65 per person. The classic elegance of the lobby and the delicious pastries transported me to the streets of Paris, making for a truly charming start to the day.

Located inside a shopping mall, which makes it easy to access numerous shops and restaurants. Rooms come with great facilities including a comfortable bed, a separate shower and bath. Breakfast was world class with a variety of options to choose from.

As a frequent traveler, I often seek convenience and proximity during transit, and the Kempinski Hotel Mall Of The Emirates delivered just that. Located a mere 0.5 km from the renowned Mall of the Emirates, it provided easy access to shopping and dining experiences, making my brief stay quite enjoyable. its strategic positioning, just 25 km from Dubai Creek SPB and 16 km from Financial Centre, further enhanced its appeal for travelers seeking transit convenience.

The compact size of the room was a slight disappointment, requiring careful navigation within the space.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the attention to detail was top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was on par with the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I also loved the convenient location within Mall of Emirates, right next to the Ski area. The views from the room were nice and the breakfast options at K-Grill were plentiful, especially for vegetarians.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited internet speed.

Our stay at Kempinski was amazing! The location is perfect, we had direct access to the Mall of the Emirates. The room was spacious and very clean. We loved the breakfast and the service was exceptional. We'll definitely book again!
