The rooms at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai were so comfy and stylish, I felt like I was in a luxury apartment. The 42" flat screen TV and the in-room safe made me feel right at home. The turndown service was a lovely touch.

I found the tea & coffee making facilities a bit basic, but some might still appreciate them.

Great view from the room and friendly receptionist. the staff at the concierge and the Red Lion Bar were helpful and pleasant. the room layout and cleanliness were impressive. the staff were quick to respond to questions. the hotel had a good supply of tea and the staff were attentive. the majority of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The guest reception for general assistance was poor. Some members of staff were unresponsive and did not make eye contact.

Convenient location near public transportation, great views from the balcony, clean and spacious room with helpful amenities like a percolator and refrigerator. Appreciated the environmentally friendly measures and sanitizing stations. Friendly staff always willing to assist. Good value for money.

This hotel is great value for money, with very friendly staff and basic amenities. The rooms are in mint condition, with twin or king-size beds. Breakfast is included in the price, which is amazing. Additionally, it's conveniently located near a metro station that takes you to the main landmarks and it's very central to everything you would want to do up north.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff were quick to respond to our questions and were always there to keep us stocked up on tea. We extended our stay and the staff were overall very friendly and helpful. the reception and bar staff were also very friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. the accessibility of the hotel was straightforward, which can be rare in Dubai. the location was convenient, with close proximity to popular malls and Palm Jumeirah. We had a warm welcoming from the reception team, easy check-in/out, and the room service was fabulous and fast. the valet service was also commendable. We will definitely stay at Metropolitan Hotel again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Metropolitan Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was perfect for our family. The suite had a spacious lounge, dining room, and bedroom - ideal for a holiday getaway. Additionally, the hotel's location was great for our purposes. It was situated in the midst of general sightseeing, with taxi rides to various attractions being no more than 10 kilometers away. The facility was new and the furniture was modern, adding to the overall experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of room service food. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We recently stayed at this venue and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from Mall of the Emirates and close to the subway for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, and the housekeeping staff kept it spotless throughout our stay.

During my business trip, I had a great time staying at a hotel with very attentive staff who prioritized my requests. They even made an effort to make my room available earlier than the check-in time without me giving any advance notice. Plus, I appreciated that the price included taxes which made everything simpler. Lastly, the breakfast selection offered a great variety, and I loved that they had gluten-free options available.

communicating with some staff members was difficult, as they did not seem to understand English very well. Finally, the hotel's layout seemed poorly designed and confusing to navigate, which made it hard to find the reception.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dubai. the Metropolitan Hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was outstanding, very clean, and had a stunning view of the Burj al-Arab. the breakfast options were excellent with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay. the hotel staff, especially Bassim at reception, were efficient and welcoming. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, markets, and shops. my experience at this hotel was outstanding.

Excellent location, very near to Mall of the Emirates and central to all major attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big gym and pool on the rooftop. The staff provided friendly and polite service, always willing to help. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions in the northern part of the city. Despite being a bit distant from a tram station, it is in the heart of a busy tourist area on Sheikh Zayed Road. Guests can enjoy affordable dining and good service. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and some come with views of the city.

The quality of the breakfast is not up to par with the hotel's standards.
