Omg, just stayed at a hotel close to dubai airport! the staff were awesome, helped with everything. Clean rooms, but 🙁only one double bed. Traffic a bit annoying. 👍enjoyed it a lot! .

The hotel has a lot of potential but needs improvement in terms of consistency in service and room amenities. Despite some issues, the location is excellent with nearby cafes, shops, and restaurants. the friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms make for a comfortable stay overall.

The room was mad cozy, and breakfast buff was off the hook. Shoutout to the chill staff! Big up to Mr Mobin and Mr Adi for real! Place was new and boujee, worth the cash. Keep it up!

Spacious, clean and relaxing rooms with great wifi speed and impressive views from the balcony. Location in a peaceful residential area close to major shopping malls. Helpful staff who assisted with last minute reservations and valet service also available. Excellent dining options and desserts in the complex. Will definitely consider staying again.

We spent our Christmas in a hotel and it was so-so. But on the bright side, we had two complementary chocolates on our pillows and a hot chocolate kit in our room. the hotel was walking distance to the main shopping center and restaurants. the breakfast spread was extensive and had a lot of options.

The room was very noisy, we could hear other guests and even staff talking especially when they were in the hallway. the wifi was also very slow which made it difficult to work remotely.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area near Mushrif Park, with some lovely cafes and places to eat. The rooms are compact and cozy, with contemporary furnishings. The staff are mostly helpful, handling last-minute reservations and upgrades brilliantly, and some meals were lovely, like Batchig's iftar menu. However, there are several areas that need improvement.

Despite the efforts of most staff, the hotel management is not professional. the housekeeping and maintenance services were lacking;

I recently stayed at this hotel and I am so impressed with it! The location is very convenient and easy to access, whether you're arriving from the airport or exploring the area. The amenities provided here are great - from room service to laundry service, everything is available. The staff members were very accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and rooftop pool, which provided a great view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the spa & wellness center is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

We had an incredible stay at a brand new hotel in a convenient location, perfect for families and groups. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also impressive, with luxurious amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, offering friendly and courteous service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great social atmosphere and offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a lovely balcony with a beautiful view.

One small downside was that the air conditioning in the room made it too cold, even after adjusting the temperature. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay.

They even called us back to ensure we didn't get lost again. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was also very nice. We loved the perfect lighting in the room and the pleasant oud fragrance throughout the hotel. the location in Mirdif was peaceful and convenient, with major shopping malls nearby.
