The views from Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre are simply breathtaking. I loved waking up to the peaceful and beautiful scenery outside my window. The on-site gym was a great surprise, allowing me to keep up with my workouts while traveling. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the open lobby created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The noise from outside could be heard inside the room, which was a bit distracting at times.

I missed having a dedicated business center for important work tasks.

They provided detailed information and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in process. the room service was excellent, with Rajitha and Marlyn from housekeeping quickly attending to our requests. the restaurants offered a nice variety of cuisine, and Susil and the other staff members were attentive and accommodating. the breakfast was well-priced and had a good assortment of food. the location of the hotel was convenient, next to ADNEC and the Embassy Section, with taxis readily available and a convenience store nearby.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the housekeeping service. I noticed that they sometimes missed providing enough towels or other amenities, requiring multiple calls to rectify the issue.

The hotel had a great location with shuttle bus service to main attractions. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, except for a few unpleasant encounters. Daily housekeeping, comfortable rooms, and a variety of amenities made the overall stay enjoyable. the only downside was the inconsistent customer service provided by some staff members.

On day two, a small hiccup surfaced when we sought a transfer to a different branch. Despite the charm, the hotel's suggestion to rebook felt a tad tedious.

We loved this place! It was so relaxing and comfortable. The location is perfect for attending events at the nearby conference center. The service is also outstanding, with room service, laundry, and shuttle services available. The amenities in our room were top-notch, including a safe, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee-making supplies. We especially enjoyed lounging on the terrace and the soundproofed rooms. The restaurant staff were superb, and the food was delicious.

From the warm welcome to the helpfulness and attention to our children, we felt truly cared for. The reception area was so inviting that our kids felt more at home there than in our room, playing games and being looked after by the staff. The genuine care and assistance from Mr Srinu at the reception made our stay feel as if we were staying with family, making our visit truly memorable.

My wife says that more children's activities or a dedicated play area would be great for families traveling with kids.
