We had a wonderful stay in this place! The location is perfect for those who want to stay in a residential area that is quiet and away from the bustle, yet still within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff are simply amazing - they are always accommodating and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the leisure spa and wellness centre with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi perfect after a long day of exploring. The room was spacious and clean, with all the essentials provided such as an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar. We also loved the rooftop pool and sun terrace - great for relaxing and soaking up the sun!

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service.

our stay at crowne plaza was fantastic! the central location made it easy to explore dubai, and we loved the spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. the staff, especially ms neldie, were friendly and granted all our requests. the rooftop pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds. great value for money and we will definitely stay here again when we return to dubai.

This hotel has a great location close to many restaurants and is easy to stop a taxi. It's also much closer to the airport than some other areas, making it convenient for travelers. Despite the high prices of local taxis, the location makes up for it. The rooms are clean and well-serviced, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The gym is perfect, and the AC ensures guests' comfort throughout their stay.

The staff could benefit from more training in customer service, making sure to handle complaints more efficiently.

This hotel is located in a residential area that is quite calm yet just a 5 minute walk away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with free wifi and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included in the price, and while it caters more to Western tastes, it's still a decent spread.

crowne plaza, dubai jumeirah is the perfect romantic getaway. exceeded my previous stay in dubai. attentive staff, personal touches, and great room facilities made it unforgettable.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Crowne Plaza. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with a clear sight of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The location of the hotel was ideal, as there were numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I truly felt at home during my stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the luxurious amenities provided. From the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool, we couldn't have asked for more. the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and plenty of sun loungers.

Our only minor issue was with the Wi, Fi, which was not free and had poor connectivity at times. this did not take away from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

I liked the two complementary services that were offered by the hotel staff. They made me feel welcome, and I was happy to see how accommodating the staff was. the key location of the hotel was ideal for me. I was able to easily access the city's best attractions without having to go through too much trouble. Lastly, I enjoyed the one more advantage that this hotel provided. the hotel had a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views.

There was one feature that I did not like at this hotel. I found that the gym area was not safe for children, and there was no clear indication of this in the hotel's safety guidelines.
