We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful creek views from our room, especially at night. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of various international restaurants. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They even decorated our room for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. this hotel is truly a hidden gem in this city.

Conveniently situated on a main street near the waterfront. Room service meticulously cleans the room daily, providing a fresh supply of toiletries and towels. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food choices. Courteous staff always available to assist with inquiries. Good value for money, would visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river, allowing for easy access to local sightseeing areas such as Diera and Bur Dubai. It is also close to a metro station on the Green line, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated just opposite the river in the old traditional part of the city, providing a charming and unique atmosphere.

One minor drawback is that the hotel may experience occasional delays in fixing maintenance issues, such as the lack of hot water in the shower. However, overall, this does not significantly impact the positive experience at the hotel.

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the sitting area in front of the hotel was lovely to watch the hustle and bustle. The location was perfect for short walks to souks and abra stations to cross the creek. we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to a train station, allowing easy access to the more modern areas around the Marina and the Burj Khalifa. the hotel is situated just opposite the river in the old traditional part of the city, offering a unique and cultural experience.

Guests should be cautious and take care of their belongings as there have been incidents of theft reported in the hotel.

Staying at this place was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect as it was situated next to the creek, which provided a beautiful view of the river traffic at night. The staff were very helpful and arranged transport for us on New Year's Eve when we couldn't find buses. Another great aspect was the room size and amenities, such as the mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning. Furthermore, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness studio, spa, and outdoor swimming pool.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an exceptional stay at Riviera. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, especially Umair, provided a warm welcome and seamless check-in process. the staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and Ahmed Khaled, the manager, ensured that all my needs were met. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the creek. the hotel's location was also fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and various souks. the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Great complementary breakfast and free airport shuttle were lovely extras. A good location for shopping and industrial areas, but also good access to public transport. Our room offered great views over the city.

Our romantic escape was marred by the noisy street sounds and thin walls. We could hear every conversation happening in the hallway and other rooms, making for a difficult night's sleep.
