The organization of the safari tour was not up to par, with delays in providing receipts and a poorly planned tour experience, which detracted from an otherwise exceptional stay at Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai.

It made exploring the area so much easier. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was locked, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
